This week’s book that we love is Mr Nick’s Knitting.
During the daily commute to the city for work, two travellers use their travel time to knit and talk. Then one becomes ill and is not on the train, day after day. The story unfolds as Mr Nick arranges a surprise for his sick friend.
A beautiful story of friendship, one that is a favourite here.
I happened to find this treasure at a book fest, so I am not too sure how easy it is to find.
